You acknowledge and agree that the copyright, trademarks, trade names, patents and all other intellectual property rights subsisting in the Website and the right to the domain name northgate-is.com shall vest and remain with Northgate and nothing in these Terms of Service shall operate as an assignment to you of such intellectual property rights and/or right to the domain name.
